Voters, riddle me this: Would you choose the corporate billionaires and Hollywood or the middle class and parent(s) who should have the final word in their children’s upbringing? Inflated taxpayer funded or limited and smaller government? Medical mandates or medical freedom and HIPAA privacy?
Delegate Daniel L Cox, the President Trump-endorsed candidate for Maryland Governor, has chosen Queens Anne County resident Gordana Schifanelli as his running mate for Lt. Governor. Gordana, an attorney and former economics professor at the United States Naval Academy, was born in Yugoslavia under communism. She knows the ills of living in a non-republic totalitarian state. As a mother, she understands the struggles of parenting. Schifanelli hails from Kent Island where she activated a change in the local school board. She is the wife of Marc, a former Green Beret and attorney.
Kelly Shultz, also a candidate for MD Governor, has chosen Jeff Woolford a partner with Lucasfims in Hollywood, also has ties to Parallax Enterprises LLC which believes sharing medical information should be readily available to all. As an employee of the MD Health Dept., he proudly ran the massive Covid vaccination operation at M&T Bank Stadium saying it was all in the name of safety.
Smaller Government and one closest to the people is the best government. It helps with checks and balances on the taxpayer’s employees. To quote Benjamin Franklin “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”
It is the July 19th primary in which the voters will decide these issues. I hope the majority will vote along with me in choosing the Dan Cox and Gordana Schifanelli more freedom ticket.
